We are proud to present the exclusive double baffle, Single and Dual catch can system designed specifically for the VR30DDTT. Our team noticed a significant gap in the market when it came to an effective Oil Catch can system that could cater to both banks' PCV and Breather systems.

Unlike many single OCC solutions focusing solely on the PCV for the VR30s, our system takes into account the persistent blowby on Bank 1. We have incorporated a closed-loop, double-baffle system, ensuring superior oil separation and containment. This means you can bid farewell to blowby concerns and avoid caked valves, as our system efficiently traps the oil and contaminants. Our oil catch can boasts a premium construction, crafted from high-quality billet aluminum. It is designed to offer maximum durability and performance for your vehicle's needs. Additionally, the catch can is equipped with custom AN fittings and reinforced pushlock hoses, ensuring a secure and reliable connection.

In terms of functionality, we've gone the extra mile. While some 3-port OCCs on the market rely solely on crankcase pressure to push out the excess gases, we utilize the vacuum from the turbo to optimally ventilate the crankcase. This approach results in more efficient performance and keeps your engine in top condition.

In direct injection engines, blow-by gases can carry oil vapor, which, when mixed with the intake air, can create carbon deposits on the intake valves. Since there is no fuel to “wash” the valves like Port Injection, the buildup gets pretty concerning. This phenomenon is known as "carbon buildup" or "carbon fouling," and it can lead to rough idling, reduced performance, reduced octane rating and engine misfires.

Please Note Single Can will only address the PCV. Dual Can addresses the Passenger side
