B6A VR30DDTT MAXFLOW Direct Injectors

Our MAXFLOW 1900cc direct injectors are engineered to extract the maximum capability from the VR30 direct injection fuel system. Factory injectors quickly become a restriction, especially when running ethanol based fuels such as E85 or Blends. These injectors provide the fuel volume required at approximately 50% over OEM for serious horsepower while retaining a full direct injection setup.

Each injector is manufactured in the USA and individually tested on OEM equipment at both 100 bar and 200 bar. Every set is dynamically flow matched to within plus or minus one percent at both pressures to ensure consistent cylinder to cylinder fueling. Each injector is verified for functionality and flow prior to assembly to ensure OEM level drivability and reliability.
