COMPLETE PLUG AND PLAY FUELING SOLUTION WITH FLEX FUEL
The B6A VR30 Port Injection Kit is a fully engineered, in house developed fueling system designed to eliminate the limitations of direct injection on the VR30 platform. This is the exact setup we design, run, and validate internally with proven success on both stock turbo and high power ethanol builds.
As power demands increase, the factory direct injection system becomes the limiting factor. Fuel pressure ceilings, injector duty cycle limits, and heat related knock make DI only setups increasingly restrictive. Port injection removes those constraints and allows the VR30 to scale safely, consistently, and predictably.
This kit is built as a true plug and play solution and includes everything required to add port injection and flex fuel capability without custom fabrication, wiring, or additional sourcing.
WHY PORT INJECTION ON THE VR30
Port injection fundamentally changes how the VR30 is fueled. By delivering fuel upstream of the intake valves, the system provides greater cooling, improved combustion stability, and dramatically increased fueling headroom compared to direct injection alone.

WHY THIS BENEFITS STOCK TURBO CARS TOO
Port injection is not only for big turbo builds. Even on stock turbos, the VR30 is heavily limited by heat and knock rather than airflow.
By offloading a portion of fueling from the direct injectors to the port injectors, dual injection reduces in cylinder temperature and combustion pressure spikes that typically force conservative ignition timing on DI only setups.

DUAL INJECTION AND MBT TIMING
Maximum Brake Torque timing is the ignition timing point where the engine produces the most torque for a given load. On DI only VR30 setups, MBT is rarely achieved at higher loads because knock forces timing to be pulled before MBT is reached.
Dual injection changes this.
Port injected fuel vaporizes earlier, cooling the intake charge and reducing in cylinder temperature during compression. This slower, more controlled burn allows the tuner to safely add ignition timing closer to true MBT without knock intervention.
The result is
• More ignition timing without increased risk
• Higher torque at the same boost level
• Increased power without added stress
• Improved repeatability in hot conditions
Even at the same boost pressure, engines running dual injection consistently produce more power because they are no longer knock limited.
INTEGRATED FLEX FUEL CAPABILITY
This kit includes a full flex fuel system with ethanol content sensor and filtration, fully integrated into the port injection setup.
Flex fuel integration allows the ECU to automatically adjust fueling and ignition based on real time ethanol content. This removes the need to manually calculate blends, guess ethanol percentages, or limit fueling to stay within DI constraints.
