We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will have a 25% restocking fee after the product has shipped. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Boosted 6 Autowerks is not responsible for ensuring fitment. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the parts being ordered are the correct fitment for the vehicle intended. Boosted 6 Autowerks will not accept any returns for incorrect fitment after product is opened.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@boosted6auto.com and we will instruct you on what the process is. 

Please note you will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. It is up to you to ship the items to us. No return shipping labels will be provided. 

Processing Fee on All Cancellations

All cancellations, IF STILL NOT SHIPPED, regardless of timeline, will incur a non refundable 3.5 percent processing fee.

This fee covers payment processing charges and administrative costs associated with booking and refund transactions.

Any eligible refunds will be issued minus the 3.5 percent fee.

Damages and issues

 
All Boosted 6 Autowerks products must be inspected within 48 hours of confirmed delivery, and any claims for shipping damage, missing components, incorrect items, or manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing within that timeframe with clear photo and video evidence; failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the product as delivered in proper condition. All performance parts require professional installation, and any improper installation, tuning errors, incompatible setups, misuse, modification, or exposure to fuel, heat, or boost voids any defect claim. Products that have been installed, used, or altered are non returnable. Claims that a product “does not work properly” based on performance expectations without verified defect testing will not be accepted. Boosted 6 Autowerks reserves the right to require return and physical inspection of any product before approving a claim, and refunds. Initiating a chargeback without first allowing inspection and resolution constitutes breach of agreement, and all documentation including proof of delivery and communications will be submitted to contest fraudulent disputes.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
